About the Fine Arts Department

The Fine Arts Department offers a variety of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional classes. These classes include Drawing and Painting, Graphic Design, Photography, Sculpture, Ceramics, Jewelry, and Art Experience. Advanced Placement Studio Art is also available for qualifying seniors. The Fine Arts Department has just opened a second computer lab for the Commercial Art program. This is in addition to the existing digital photography lab. It has been very exciting integrating new technologies with traditional disciplines. We submit student work to many competitions throughout the year, and many of our students receive scholarship money toward college.
