Express Checkin 21-22

Dear Ponderosa Parents and Students,

We are excited about the upcoming 2021-2022 school year! Included in this letter is important information regarding Online Express Check-In (July 21st - August 5th) and Student Picture/ID Day (August 3rd).


All parents of PHS students must complete Online Express Check-In between July 21st and August 5th, 2021.

  The online express check-in process must be completed before your student begins school.

  You will need an active parent portal account to complete the required check-in process. If you do not have a parent portal account or have difficulty logging in, please email our Registrar Natalee Springer at

Please note, course assigned fees will not be added to your account until after the district course add/drop deadline of August 23, 2021. You will need to log into My School Bucks to pay course fees after August 23, 2021.


All students (including 9th graders and new students), please plan to attend picture day during your designated time via alpha order by last name. To place your pre-order please visit and use picture day ID EVTZNTK2X.

Note: If you are unable to attend picture day on Tuesday, August 3rd, there will be a make-up session on Tuesday, August 17th.

The PHS Apparel Store, located in the main entrance hallway, will be open on Tuesday, August 3rd for purchase of Ponderosa gear.
